The exhibition will take place on 8–10 September 2027 at Baku Expo Center, 515 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, AZ1050 Baku, Azerbaijan.

The currently published visitor hours are 10:00–18:00 on all three days, in Baku local time. Opening hours are subject to confirmation, so check the Dates & Opening Hours page again before travelling.

The exhibition covers the mining value chain, including heavy equipment, exploration and drilling, mineral processing, material handling, safety, environmental solutions, software and automation, electrical systems, chemicals, engineering and laboratory services.

Submit your business details through Register to Visit to receive registration information and event updates. This records your interest; it does not yet issue an admission badge. Final entry instructions will be shared when confirmed.

That depends on the country that issued your passport. You may qualify for visa-free entry, an ASAN e-visa or need a consular visa. Entry rules can change, so use the visa guide as a starting point and confirm the current requirement with the linked Azerbaijani authority before booking travel.

The 2027 exhibitor directory is being prepared. Participating companies will be added as their attendance is announced, so the directory will continue to develop ahead of the exhibition.

Use Travel Information for arrival, accommodation and pre-departure guidance. Baku Expo Center is close to Heydar Aliyev International Airport, but plan your transfer to the venue separately and allow time for traffic and entry.

Send your company and contact details through Book a Stand. The exhibitor team will contact you to discuss the right format, current availability and next steps. Submitting the form is an enquiry, not an automatic reservation.

Stand formats and locations depend on current hall availability and your display requirements. Share the footprint, products and services you plan to present; the sales team will prepare the relevant available options and a current commercial proposal.

Submit the Floor Plan request form with your business details. The exhibitor team will follow up with the relevant planning information; available locations may change as stands are confirmed.

Potentially, subject to technical and venue approval. Send the equipment dimensions, weight, power needs and handling requirements before confirming your space. Access, floor loading, delivery and installation arrangements must be reviewed in advance.

The detailed 2027 conference agenda will be published ahead of the exhibition as sessions, speakers and timings are confirmed. Check the agenda page for the latest published programme rather than relying on an earlier copy.
